My Philosophy
I come from the tech industry and my M.O. was a strict professionalism under a more casual, easy-going demeanor. The reason for this: I found that a little bit of stress in a production cycle was often very productive, but that any greater stress was very quickly counter-productive.
This attitude helps greatly in real estate, I am told regularly I help make the process fun and enjoyable for clients, while keeping deadlines and details under tight wraps.
I do not view myself as a "salesperson" - rather, I take the term "agent" seriously. I am always trying to work on your behalf.
Any question that arises, I answer truthfully, to the best of my ability. If I don't know the answer, I'll say "I don't know" and try and get it for you. Your best interests are my top concern.
Whether a buyer or seller, I work hard to negotiate the best position for you - whether it's money, time, or something else indicative to the transaction.
I work within parameters of a situation and realize that each one has unique aspects - no two real estate transactions are the same, no two clients have the same needs.
I stay committed to the process and you as a client - long after a transaction is complete. I am committed to the community.
I am available to discuss real estate, the community, or most any topic, and offer my professional services - whether or not you have immediate business needs at hand.
